3.1 Broker Valuation Tool
When you use our free online broker valuation tool, we collect:
- First and last name, email address, phone number, business name and location
- Age band, network membership, premises type and tenure, broker management system
- Financial information including commission income, fee income, salary costs and fixed costs
- Business information including years trading, shareholders, type of business, active clients, GWP and staff numbers
- Quality indicators including client retention, revenue concentration, revenue growth, key person dependency, systems and processes, financial records, FCA authorisation and compliance record
- Preferred call date, time and any message submitted via the booking form
We use this information to:
- Provide you with an indicative valuation of your insurance brokerage
- Contact you to discuss your valuation and our advisory services where you have given consent
- Improve and develop our valuation tool and services

4. Who we share your data with
We use the following trusted third-party processors:
EmailJS (Estimation, Inc.) — used to transmit form submissions to our internal email system. Data passes through their servers for delivery only and is not retained permanently. Privacy policy:

Netlify, Inc. — our valuation tool is hosted on Netlify’s platform. Submission data may be stored temporarily in our Netlify dashboard. Privacy policy:

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
- Valuation tool submissions — 24 months from date of submission
- Direct enquiries — 12 months from date of last contact
- Client records — 6 years in accordance with financial services regulatory requirements
You may request deletion of your data at any time. We will comply within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. International data transfers
EmailJS and Netlify are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in accordance with UK GDPR Article 46.
10. Automated decision making
Our valuation tool uses automated calculations to produce an indicative business valuation. This does not constitute a formal valuation and no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you, in accordance with UK GDPR Article 22.
